TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry for the AEA Promotion ("Promotion"). Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia (not including SA and ACT) who apply and pay in full for an AEA Senior Gold Card membership from and including 1 June 2007 to 30 September 2007. Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, and agencies/companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and persons under the age of 18 years are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
Entry Requirements
3. To enter, an Eligible Entrant must join as an AEA Senior Gold Card member during the Entry Period, by either:
a) submitting an online application via the AEA website www.equinealliance.com.au, or
b) phoning freecall 1800 024 595 and submitting a phone application, or
c) posting in an application form (available from the website, or phoning freecall 1800 024 595), together with payment to: PO Box 3108 Newmarket Q 4051.
4. Only one application/entry per person is permitted.
Promotion Period
5. The Promotion Period is from 00:00:01 AEST on 1 June 2007 to 23:59:59 AEST on 30 September 2007.
Prizes
6. The prizes are as follows:
First Prize: The First Prize will be choice of EITHER Prize A or Prize B.
The maximum total prize value of the First Prize (whether comprising Prize A or Prize B) is $2,500.
Prize A comprises:
a) One return economy flight to Vanuatu from the Australian State or Territory capital city nearest to the winner's place of residence;
b) 5 nights in 4 star resort accommodation (the "Hotel") in Vanuatu;
c) Breakfast daily in the Hotel restaurant;
d) Local horse riding activities (as an AEA member insurance for this activity will be covered);
Prize A does NOT include (i) any transportation between the traveller's residence and the departure airport if the winner is flying in from another State, and any transportation between the airport and hotel; (ii) any other expenses prior to departure from or after return to the departure airport; (iii) any meals; (iv) any insurance (such as travel or health cover); (v) any other ancillary costs (at the Hotel or elsewhere) which may be incurred by the winner.
Prize A is subject to the availability of flights and accommodation at the time of booking and must be completed on mutually acceptable dates no later than 17 November 2008.
Prize B comprises:
One saddle of their choosing from a Stock, Endurance or Western style, to the value of $2,500 made and supplied by Dominant Leathergoods (www.leathergoods.com.au).
Second Prize: "Chopper" bag (value $200) from Dominant Leathergoods (www.leathergoods.com.au).
Third Prize: AEA cap and polo shirt (total value $75).
7. Approximate retail value of total prize pool is $2,775.
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, nor can they be redeemed for cash.
9. The Promoter retains the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
10. Subject, where relevant, to any written directions given under the legislation regulating this promotion, if a prize is unclaimed by the winner, within 3 months of drawing, that winner will forfeit all entitlement to their prize, and the prize will then be awarded in a further draw to be held at the time, on the date and at the place specified.

15. Winners' names will be published on the Promotion page at www.equinealliance.com.au.
Privacy
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter upon submission to the Promoter. Each entrant consents to the Promoter collecting their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and otherwise using their personal information in accordance with the AEA Privacy Policy which is available on the home page of the website www.equinealliance.com.au. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
Miscellaneous
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
20. The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
21. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction, including any damage to an entrant's or other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
22. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify these terms and conditions.
